What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales
- Experience in Education/EdTech sales will be preferred
- Strong experience in lead conversion, counselling & revenue generation
- Proven ability to manage sales targets and drive team/business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Robust ownership and result-oriented approach
