About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with expertise in IT Sales, Business Development, and Client Management. The candidate will drive new business, client acquisition, relationship building, and revenue growth while managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Generate B2B leads and new business opportunities for IT services and software solutions.

- Prospect clients through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, cold calling, referrals, and other channels.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.

- Understand client business and technology requirements through calls and meetings.

- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and SOWs.

- Manage follow-ups, CRM, sales pipeline, and forecasts.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.





- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver suitable solutions.

- Handle domestic and international clients and work toward sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements :

- 2 - 4+ years of experience in IT Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.

- Experience selling IT services, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or software solutions.

- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, client handling, and closing skills.

- Experience with international clients is a plus.

- Good knowledge of CRM, sales pipelines, and lead management.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, cold calling, or B2B lead generation.

- Target-oriented with a strong focus on client acquisition and revenue growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
