Identify potential clients, projects, architects, consultants, and corporate accounts. Generate leads through market visits, networking, references, and online platforms.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams. Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, quotations, and presentations. Conduct client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and follow-ups.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming interior projects. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after order confirmation.
