About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Exhibitions who can independently identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the exhibitions and events industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the exhibition, corporate, trade show, and events ecosystem and a proven ability to bring new exhibition business to the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for exhibitions, trade shows, expos, conferences, and corporate events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, brands, exhibitors, associations, organizers, and event stakeholders.
- Generate leads through networking, references, market research, industry databases, LinkedIn, and other business development channels.
- Pitch the company's exhibition and event solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal creative, production, and operations teams to develop proposals and presentations.
- Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotations,



and presentations.
- Negotiate with clients and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate new business.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing clients to generate repeat and referral business.
- Track competitors, market trends, upcoming exhibitions, and recent business opportunities.
