Role Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Dream Sync’s interior design services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered.

The role also involves monitoring market trends, developing sales strategies, and representing the brand at local events or industry forums.



This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, account management, and customer service to build long-term partnerships.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with experience in generating leads and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience with business development planning, pipeline management, and market analysis in a services or design-driven industry.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey design concepts and value propositions clearly.
- Organizational and time management skills, including ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Preferably, prior experience in interiors, architecture, real estate, or related sectors in Bengaluru or similar markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with on-site client visits within Bengaluru, and willingness to collaborate closely with design and project execution teams.
