Role Description The Business Development Manager role at Collezoo is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with educational institutions and strategic partners. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating proposals and contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Manager will collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings, support marketing initiatives, and provide feedback on market trends and customer needs. The role also involves tracking performance metrics,



preparing reports, and contributing to long-term growth strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building.
- Experience in stakeholder management and partnership development, ideally within the education or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in communication and negotiation, with the ability to deliver clear presentations and handle client discussions.
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting, including use of CRM tools and basic Excel or similar software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a quick-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the Indian education landscape and local market dynamics is highly beneficial.
