We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition and business growth through CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) field sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, be comfortable with field sales, and have a passion for achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field sales and direct customer acquisition.
- Acquire new Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) customers.
- Identify and develop potential customers through field visits, referrals, leads, and local market activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales and acquisition targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify current business opportunities.
- Explain banking products and services to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Ensure proper collection and submission of customer documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company and banking policies.
Candidate Requirements
- Any Degree from a recognized institution.
- 1–6 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in CASA, banking, BFSI, financial services, or related field sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory with a valid driving licence.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a field-sales environment.
- Age: Up to 35 years.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
