Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, references, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Explore new markets and expand the company's client base.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities.
- Maintain regular sales reports, client records, and follow-up status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.




- 3–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related role.
- Experience in B2B sales / construction / engineering / BIM / structural detailing will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with good business development capabilities.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
