We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth for our IT & Non-IT recruitment services, with a focus on lateral hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Connect with HR Heads, TA teams, and hiring managers to generate recruitment mandates.
- Understand client hiring needs and offer suitable recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business/revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for timely mandate delivery.
- Maintain client, lead, and sales records in CRM and prepare regular reports.
Requirements:
- 2–8 years of experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, staffing, or HR consulting.
- Positive understanding of IT & Non-IT lateral recruitment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and client relationship skills.
- Target-driven and proactive approach.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field preferred.
