Thirsty Crow Marketing Services is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business for the organisation.

The role will focus on identifying and acquiring IT and technology companies that require B2B marketing support. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business development within a B2B marketing agency and a clear understanding of selling marketing services to IT and technology companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and target potential IT, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Technology companies for new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into client meetings.
- Understand the client's business, marketing objectives and campaign requirements.
- Present and pitch relevant TTC services, including B2B Event Execution, Lead Generation, Delegate & Audience Acquisition, Creative Services and Content Marketing.
- Take ownership of achieving new client acquisition and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing and business decision-makers.




- Develop newly acquired accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Identify cross-selling and additional service opportunities within existing accounts.

Candidate Profile

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Business Development/Sales within a B2B Marketing Agency.
- Experience in acquiring IT/Technology clients is mandatory.
- Robust understanding of B2B marketing services and the agency business model.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of the IT, SaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity or Technology ecosystem.
- Should be able to independently identify prospects, create opportunities and manage the sales cycle.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
