Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth in the contract manufacturing industry.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities for expansion.

- Identify, qualify, and pursue potential leads through networking, research, and marketing efforts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage client expectations.

Job Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience in B2B Business Development or Client Management in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

- Proven track record of success in lead generation, negotiation, and contract management.

- Strong understanding of the contract manufacturing sector and its trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
