Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the business development team in identifying and pursuing current client opportunities, assisting with lead generation activities through online research, outreach, and networking. Daily tasks include conducting market research to understand trends and competitors, maintaining and updating prospect databases, and supporting the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales materials.

The intern will communicate with potential and existing clients, help address basic inquiries, and coordinate follow-ups to ensure a positive customer experience.



The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional team members, tracking performance metrics, and contributing ideas to improve business development processes.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret market and customer data to support business decisions.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Lead Generation capabilities, with an interest in prospecting, outreach, and building a sales pipeline.
- Market Research skills to gather, analyze, and present information on competitors, industry trends, and target segments.
- Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship-building.
- Proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM tools is a plus).
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Interest in real estate, urban planning, design, or related domains is an advantage.
