We're looking for a Business Development Intern with solid communication skills and a research-driven mindset. Your primary focus will be supporting lead generation, prospect outreach and pipeline building for HiveStrat's consulting business.
What you'll do?
- Research and identify high-fit companies and target accounts. • Help identify decision-makers such as CHROs, HR Heads, Business Heads and CXOs. • Support LinkedIn and email outreach to prospects. • Help build and maintain accurate B2B lead databases. • Assist in personalising outreach messages based on the prospect's role and context. • Support scheduling and coordination of qualified meetings. • Maintain accurate lead and activity data in the CRM. • Support business development campaigns around HiveStrat, STRIDE, Confluence and leadership workshops
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
