Upskillab is looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associates to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective learners, understanding their career and learning requirements, recommending suitable programs, and driving enrollments through effective communication and consistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain program features, advantages, and career outcomes.
- Handle queries and objections professionally.
- Counsel prospects and support them throughout the enrollment process.
- Work towards assigned enrollment and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,
and conversions.
Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate BBA, MBA, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc. and other streams can apply.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable communicating with prospective learners over calls.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Comfortable working on-site in Sector 63, Noida.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation & Probation Selected candidates will undergo a 2-month probation period with a stipend of 12,000 per month. Upon successful completion of probation, compensation will be up to 5 LPA (3 LPA fixed + 2 LPA performance-based incentives), subject to applicable performance and employment terms.
