The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and contributing to the agencys growth across sectors such as hospitality, lifestyle, fashion, wellness and consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients for TRIAD’s marketing, branding, content, production and digital services.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, outbound outreach, referrals, partnerships, and market research.
- Lead discovery calls, client meetings and presentations with confidence and clarity.
- Work closely with strategy, creative, production and digital teams to shape proposals, pitch decks and commercial offerings.
- Prepare customized proposals, retainer plans, campaign recommendations and cost estimates based on client needs.
- Negotiate commercials, close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Represent TRIAD in a skilled and growth-oriented manner across meetings, events and partnerships.

- Good understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and business growth processes.
- A professional, polished, and persuasive personality with strong follow-up discipline, sense of ownership and target orientation..
