Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients. The individual will conduct market research, prepare and deliver presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and negotiate contracts.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, tracking sales performance,



maintaining accurate records in CRM or related systems, and providing feedback to improve products and services.

The Business Development

Executive will also support strategic initiatives that expand Terra Tech Packs’ presence in the reusable food container market.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, packaging, food services, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt to a quick-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
