The Role We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Pune. This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is confident, eager to learn, and interested in sales and client communication. You will be involved in finding new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, scheduling meetings, and supporting the team throughout the sales process.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Research companies participating in upcoming exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and events.
- Find and develop new business leads through LinkedIn, online research, databases, email, calls, and other platforms.
- Make outbound calls to introduce Spline Communication and our services to potential clients.
- Connect with prospects through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Understand the basic requirements of clients for exhibition stalls, events, branding, and displays.
- Maintain and regularly update the company's lead and prospect database.
- Follow up with potential clients and keep track of ongoing conversations.
- Schedule meetings between prospects and the Business Development team.
- Share company profiles, presentations, and other relevant information with prospects.
- Assist the team with proposals, quotations, presentations,



and other sales documents.
- Coordinate with the Design, Production, and Operations teams when required.
- Keep proper records of leads, calls, meetings, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Attend exhibitions, client meetings, networking events, and industry events when required.
- Support the team in achieving monthly lead-generation and business targets.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.

Education Graduate in any discipline.
