About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with potential customers, conducting follow-ups, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and engage with potential customers to understand their requirements.

- Explain our managed farmland projects, features, pricing, and investment details.

- Coordinate and conduct property/site visits with interested customers.

- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information throughout the sales process.

- Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.

- Maintain accurate customer details, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.





- Coordinate with the internal sales team for smooth lead handling and customer experience.

- Travel locally when required for site visits and customer meetings.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate.

- Real estate sales experience will be an advantage.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

- Confident in handling customer calls and face-to-face meetings.

- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.

- Freshers with valuable communication skills and an interest in sales are also welcome.

Pay: ₹11,598.25 - ₹30,976.76 per month
