Key Responsibilities

- Source recent business through Branch & Open Market channels.
- Interact with customers and explain banking products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, branches, and branch managers.
- Handle end-to-end customer documentation and ensure timely completion.
- Participate in customer engagement activities, events,



and campaigns to support business growth.
- Maintain and regularly update leads, lead tracking, and business performance reports.
- Follow prescribed banking guidelines, compliance requirements, and established processes.
- Achieve assigned business and sales targets.
