Masturlal Fabrichem, a leading manufacturer and exporter of industrial filtration solutions since 1971, is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support our growing business across International countries.

The selected candidate will work closely with our senior sales manager, supporting international sales through lead generation, tender management and inside sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and research potential customers across certain international markets.
- Generate qualified leads and identify recent business opportunities.
- Search, track and coordinate international tenders and RFQs.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales pipelines and follow-ups in our CRM.
- Coordinate with internal technical and costing teams to prepare quotations and tender submissions.
- Support customer communications, follow-ups and day-to-day international sales activities.





What We're Looking For:

- Approximately 3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, export sales or tendering.
- Strong research, communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to independently manage leads, tenders and customer follow-ups.
- Experience in industrial products, manufacturing or international B2B sales is an advantage.
- Russian language proficiency is an added advantage.
