ABOUT THE ROLE Nexthikes IT Solutions is looking for energetic, confident and target-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing IT Sales team. Freshers as well as experienced candidates with 0–5 years of experience are welcome to apply!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email & online platforms
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements
- Pitch Web & Mobile App Development, CRM, E-commerce & Digital Solutions
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into clients
- Maintain client relationships & CRM records

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 0–5 years of experience in BDE / IT Sales / Inside Sales




- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Valuable communication, negotiation & convincing skills
- Confident and target-oriented personality
- Graduate / BBA / MBA preferred
