Experience: 1-2 Years

Job Summary The role involves connecting with prospective customers, understanding their health insurance needs, recommending suitable solutions, and converting leads into long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect and engage with prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans
- Follow up with leads and drive conversions
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships
- Support customers throughout the policy issuance process




- Achieve individual and team sales targets

Required Skills

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge, including email, MS Office, web portals, and CRM systems
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach
- Experience in sales, telesales, business development, or insurance is preferred
