Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in New Delhi.



The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing accounts, and developing strong relationships with clients. The role includes activities such as market research, outreach, meetings, presentations, and negotiating contracts to drive business growth.

Qualifications

- Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in Business and Account Management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the HRMS industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
