Hiring a Business Development Executive for Bidding & Client Management

We're actively working on Freelancer.com and Upwork.com to secure Digital Marketing projects. I am now looking for a Business Development Executive who can help in acquiring new clients through bidding and managing digital marketing clients effectively.

Work Structure:

- Month 1: Mandatory in-office training to align on strategy, pitching frameworks, and domain standards.
- Month 2 Onwards: Post-training, this role transitions to remote/work-from-home, requiring 5–6 hours at night shift (specifically active between 09:00 PM – 2:00 AM) to align with overseas client time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and bid on relevant Digital Marketing projects on Freelancer.com, Upwork.com, and other platforms.
- Write compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
- Engage with potential clients, answer queries, and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Coordinate with me to strategize and enhance bidding success.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in bidding on Freelancer,



Upwork, or similar platforms.
- Solid functional understanding of modern development stacks and platforms (e.g., React, Node.js, Flutter/React Native, PHP/Laravel, WordPress, Shopify, mobile app lifecycles, and APIs).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and nurture client relationships.
- Self-motivated and result-driven mindset.

Preferred:

- Prior experience managing end-to-end client communications for overseas accounts (US, UK, Australia, etc.).
- Knowledge of project management tools and CRM.
