Sar v Sri is the events and hospitality arm of SaYog Group. We work from the group's corporate office in Chennai. We handle food and hospitality for corporate events, conferences, brand activations, product launches, weddings and large public gatherings, from 100’s to several thousand guests. Our clients include event management agencies, corporates and families across Chennai.
The role
We're looking for an energetic sales executive to bring in new clients and grow our events business. You'll meet event agencies, HR and admin teams, and customers planning celebrations. You'll understand what they need and work with our operations team to turn enquiries into confirmed events.
What you'll do
- Find and approach new clients: event management companies, corporates, schools, colleges, wedding planners and venues.
- Follow up on enquiries quickly, visit clients and prepare quotes with our operations team.
- Build long-term relationships so clients come back for every event.
- Keep a simple record of leads, follow-ups and closures.
- Attend key events to see our work first-hand and meet clients on site.
- Share market feedback on pricing, competitors and new opportunities.
What we're looking for
- 1-4 years in field sales in any industry. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Positive spoken Tamil and English. Hindi is a plus.
- Comfortable meeting new people and following up without being pushed.
- Own two-wheeler and a valid licence, as the role involves local travel.
- Basic comfort with WhatsApp, email and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹270,000.00 per year
