We are looking for a Business Development Executive with strong outside/field sales experience to develop new customers and generate business for our uPVC & Aluminium Doors & Windows products.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with field visits, customer meetings, lead generation and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate new business through field visits, referrals and direct customer interaction.

· Identify and approach potential customers, dealers, builders, contractors, architects and project clients.

· Visit project sites and customer locations regularly.

· Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.

· Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

· Follow up on quotations and pending enquiries.

· Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for suitable solutions.

· Maintain daily field visit and sales activity reports.





· Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

· Track competitors, market activities and recent business opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

· 2–5 years of experience in Field Sales / Outside Sales / Business Development.

· Strong customer acquisition and sales-conversion skills.

· Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required for field work.

· Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.

· Candidates with experience handling builders, contractors, architects, dealers or project customers are preferred.

· Chennai market knowledge will be an advantage.

Candidates with strong experience in doors & windows, building materials, project sales, dealer sales or sales to builders/contractors/architects, along with a proven sales track record, can be considered for the higher salary range.
