About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and confident Business Development Executives who will help Trinovate expand its presence across schools and colleges in Odisha.

This is a highly field-oriented role. You will travel to educational institutions, meet Principals, Directors, Coordinators and other decision-makers, understand their requirements, and identify opportunities where Trinovate can support them with STEM Labs, Robotics Labs, IoT Labs, Innovation Labs, training programs, lab upgrades and long-term technical support.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools and colleges across Odisha and meet Principals, Directors and other decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities for new STEM/Robotics/IoT Labs, lab upgrades, equipment and training programs.
- Understand the institution's existing facilities, requirements and future plans.
- Present Trinovate's solutions for lab setup, training, operations, maintenance and technical support.
- Develop new institutional leads through field visits, calls and outreach.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into business.
- Maintain a database of target institutions, meetings, requirements and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Trinovate's technical team to prepare suitable proposals and solutions.

What We Are Looking For
- Graduate in any discipline.



Candidates from BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, B.Tech and related backgrounds can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with Principals, Directors, teachers and other senior officials.
- Confident and willing to approach new institutions.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate solutions clearly.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
- A genuine interest in education, technology, robotics, STEM and innovation will be an advantage.

Compensation

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- TA/DA: Provided separately for approved official travel and field visits
- Performance-based Commission: Additional commission on successfully converted business/deals
- Growth Opportunity: Performance-based incentives and increased responsibilities as the business development network expands

A significant part of the role will involve travelling from school to school and college to college, meeting decision-makers, understanding their requirements and developing business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should enjoy meeting new people, travelling, communicating and building relationships.
