Business Development Executive – Staffing (Non-IT)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in Domestic Staffing / Recruitment Services to develop new client relationships and generate business opportunities for Non-IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new clients requiring Non-IT recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, references, email campaigns, and other channels.
- Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Business Owners, and decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and position our recruitment/staffing solutions.
- Schedule client meetings and presentations and convert leads into active accounts.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close staffing/recruitment agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery against client requirements.




- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and potential sectors for business expansion.

Preferred Experience Experience in selling Domestic Staffing / Recruitment Services for sectors such as:

- Manufacturing & Engineering
- Sales & Marketing
- FMCG / Retail
- Logistics & Supply Chain
- BPO / Customer Service
- Finance & Accounting
- Construction / Infrastructure
- Other Non-IT functions

Candidate Profile

- 1–4 years of experience in B2B Business Development / Staffing / Recruitment Sales.
- Prior experience selling Non-IT recruitment or staffing services will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and new-client acquisition.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on business conversion.
- Positive understanding of the domestic recruitment/staffing market.
- Ability to work independently as well as with the recruitment team.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
