Position: Business Development Executive – Exhibition & Stall Fabrication

Job Role:

We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Business Development Executive who can generate new business, attend client meetings, understand client requirements, and convert leads into projects for exhibition stall designing and fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, references, online platforms and market visits.
- Attend client meetings and present company services professionally.
- Understand client requirements for exhibition stalls, fabrication, branding and stall design.
- Prepare and share quotations and coordinate with the design and production teams.
- Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with the 3D Design, Production and Fabrication teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Regularly update sales leads,



follow-ups and business development activities.
- Visit exhibitions, industrial areas and potential clients whenever required.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confident in handling face-to-face client meetings.
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and explain company services.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with follow-ups.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel/CRM will be an advantage.
- Experience in exhibition, event, stall fabrication, interior, advertising or B2B sales will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also be considered.
