nAbout the Role

nWe're looking for a driven and personable Business Development Executive to join our team.

nYou'll work closely with leads generated by our marketing team, guide prospective clients

nthrough our services and packages, and help them customize the perfect offering for their

nbig day. This role is central to building trust with our clients — from the first interaction

nthrough to project delivery — and occasionally involves direct engagement with business

nowners/founders on strategic opportunities.

nKey Responsibilities

n● Engage with leads shared by the marketing team and understand client requirements

n● Explain Artisan Archives' services and product offerings clearly and confidently

n● Help clients customize packages based on their needs and budget

n● Drive both outbound outreach and inbound lead follow-ups (primarily outbound)





n● Build and maintain solid client relationships from onboarding through to project

ndelivery

n● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience and timely

ndelivery

n● Occasionally interact directly with business owners/founders on key opportunities

n● Maintain accurate records of client communication and sales pipeline

n

nRequirements

n● Any graduate (no specific stream required)

n● 0–1 years of experience, freshers with strong enthusiasm for sales/client interaction

nwelcome

n● Multilingual communication skills — English and Kannada is mandatory and

nadditional languages is a plus

n● Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

n● Willingness to visit client locations as needed

n● Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

nCompensation

n● Fixed salary as per market standards, based on relevant experience in the

nwedding/Photography industry

n● Incentive/commission component applicable post training and probation

n

nProbation Period: 3–6 months
