- Generate and qualify B2B leads for IT products and services through multiple channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and client interaction to negotiation and closure.
- Conduct international client meetings, calls, and business discussions.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with international clients and prospects.




- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and drive qualified leads toward successful conversion.

- 3–4 years of proven experience in B2B IT sales and outbound lead generation.
- Ability to independently source leads, prospect, conduct client meetings, negotiate, and close deals.
- Prior experience with international clients is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong target-oriented and revenue-driven approach.
- Comfortable working from office in Gurugram and working in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Shifts - US Rotational shifts, 5 days working
