Role Description The Business Development Executive (Ad Agency) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients for the agency.

Day-to-day activities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, presenting agency services, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves managing client accounts, maintaining long-term relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services.





The Business Development

Executive will track performance metrics, provide regular sales reports, and contribute to business growth strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Strong Current Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management, including client relationship management and retention.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and pitch services clearly.
- Experience in advertising, digital marketing, or creative agencies is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to monitor performance.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
