Job Title: Business Development Coordinator (Export)

Job Summary

We're looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support export market expansion. This is an execution and coordination role - you'll be the connection between BD, sales, and marketing, keeping prospects moving, research organized, and materials up to date. You will not be expected to close deals or manage a sales target; you'll be enabling the people who do. Because the Director works remotely, this role depends heavily on clear, proactive reporting and communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with the sales team on meetings and pending actions; keep the BD pipeline and dashboard updated
- Provide regular, structured status updates to the Director -what's moving, what's stuck, what needs a decision, without being chased for them
- Research prospective distributors and international markets company profiles, key contacts, competitive positioning
- Build presentations and pitch materials from provided templates and outlines
- Coordinate outreach to international distributors and prospects, including scheduling and CRM updates
- Liaise with the website/SEO and marketing teams — flag inbound inquiries for BD follow-up,



relay which content or pages matter for target markets, and keep BD collateral (brochures, case studies, product pages) aligned with what marketing is publishing
- Support trade fair planning, logistics, and post-event follow-up

Required Skills

- Graduate degree, any stream
- Strong reporting mindset — able to summarize status clearly and flag issues early, without being asked. This is one of the most important qualities for this role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you'll be liaising daily across sales, marketing, and international contacts, often on the Director's behalf
- Working proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organized, reliable with follow-through — this role lives or dies on things not falling through the cracks
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple teams (sales, marketing, website) without owning those functions directly
- Prior internship or junior role at an export, trading, or manufacturing company
- Familiarity with international trade basics (INCOTERMS, LC, PO cycles)- training provided
- Zoho CRM Experience
- Exposure to website/CMS tools or working alongside a marketing team

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
