What You'll Do

✨ Connect with prospective customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp

✨ Understand client requirements and introduce Urban Haven's interior design solutions

✨ Schedule consultations and meetings with our design team

✨ Maintain regular follow-ups and build robust customer relationships

✨ Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to convert leads into projects

✨ Manage CRM records and ensure accurate lead tracking

✨ Share customer insights to enhance sales strategies and customer experience

What We're Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Strong relationship-building and follow-up abilities
- A proactive, target-oriented mindset
- Confidence in interacting with customers and understanding their requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Email
