Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting the development of sales strategies. The associate will prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, maintain accurate records of leads and interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to convert prospects into long-term relationships.

Daily activities include outreach to prospective clients, follow-up communication,



assisting in proposal preparation, and contributing to regular performance and pipeline reviews.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including prospecting, follow-up, and maintaining a structured sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industries, competitors, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, and MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) is beneficial.
