Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building relationships with clients and partners. The associate will conduct market research to understand industry trends, prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, and support the development of proposals and sales materials.

Daily responsibilities include managing communication with stakeholders, maintaining accurate records of outreach and follow-ups,



and collaborating with internal teams to meet growth targets. The role also includes contributing to business development strategies and participating in events or meetings that promote the organization’s services.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and be comfortable creating and delivering Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and experience in identifying and qualifying prospective clients.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic proficiency with productivity and CRM tools is an advantage.
