About the Role

We are seeking a high-energy, ambitious Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career aspirations, and consulting them on career upskilling programs. Key Responsibilities

- Prospecting & Outreach: Connect with potential candidates and working professionals via phone calls, email, and virtual meetings to present educational programs.
- Consultative Sales: Understand candidates' educational and professional backgrounds to pitch suitable programs that align with their career goals.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate data, pipeline progress, and conversion status in the internal CRM.
- Deal Closure: Guide prospects through the admissions process, address inquiries, overcome objections, and complete enrollment targets.




- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual sales targets and performance metrics.

Key Requirements & Eligibility

- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Telesales, or Customer Operations.
- Education: B.Tech (Tech), B.Com/BBA (Non-Tech)
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; strong active listening and persuasion skills.
- Work Setup: 100% On-site working model from our Sector 30, Gurugram office.

Shift Details & Work Environment

- Office Location: Electronic City, Bangalore .
- Shift Timings: Fixed Day Shift (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
- Work Days: 6-day work week (Fixed weekday off days).

Pay: ₹58,333.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
