We're a tech agency that does anything and everything in software development — from brand-new product ideas built from scratch, to integrating AI into your existing systems, to custom AI solutions, to custom development across web, app, and software. If it's building or building into tech, we do it.

What You'll Do

- Identify and research potential clients who could benefit from new product development, AI integration, custom AI solutions, or custom software/app development
- Reach out via cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, calls, or your own network
- Understand each prospect's business well enough to spot where we could realistically help them
- Have an initial conversation to gauge interest and fit
- Book a qualified call between the prospect and the pinacolada.tech team
- Maintain a simple pipeline/tracker of who you've contacted, status, and next steps

What You Won't Be Responsible For

- Closing the deal, negotiating scope/pricing,



or technical scoping — our team takes it from the meeting onward

Who You Are

- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection — this is a volume + persistence game
- Can hold a basic business conversation and spot a genuine chance (vs. wasting everyone's time)
- Self-driven — you're paid for results, not hours or effort
- No experience required. Students, people with a full-time job elsewhere, freelancers — all welcome. Do this alongside anything else you've got going on.
- Bonus: existing network in startups, SMBs, or companies likely to need software/AI services

Compensation Structure

- Work-based compensation — you earn a cut of whatever the client pays us, tiered by deal size (exact structure shared during onboarding)
- Paid out once the client is onboarded.
- No cap on earnings, no exclusivity required — take on as many leads as you want, whenever you want

For Students

- Internship certificate provided on request, alongside real earnings.
