Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This position focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with corporate partners, and promoting the academy’s programs and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research to identify potential client segments, and preparing and delivering presentations to prospective partners.

The associate collaborates with internal teams to support outreach campaigns, follows up on inquiries, and maintains accurate records of business development activities.



The role also involves contributing to strategy discussions and providing feedback on market trends to help shape future offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.

- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and maintaining a structured sales or partnership pipeline.

- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including gathering and analyzing data on competitors, trends, and customer needs.

- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions, internal coordination, and documentation.

- Candidates with basic knowledge of education or training services, CRM tools, and business development processes will be preferred.

- Candidates should demonstrate robust interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, the ability to work toward targets, and sound organizational and time-management abilities.

- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is desirable; relevant internships or prior experience in sales or business development are an advantage.
