Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves identifying and nurturing recent business opportunities, conducting market research to understand trends and customer needs, and generating qualified leads for the academy’s programs and services.

The associate will prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, institutional partners, and stakeholders, and support relationship-building activities to drive enrollment and partnerships.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of outreach activities, collaborating with marketing and academic teams on growth initiatives, and contributing ideas to improve business development strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering Presentations to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities and familiarity with Market Research to identify and evaluate new opportunities.
- Candidates should possess clear and qualified Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field are preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or education services is an advantage.
