Business Development Associate

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented Business Development Associates to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with provided leads, understand their requirements, explain our courses/services, follow up with interested prospects, and generate walk-ins to the institute.

Freshers who are confident, energetic, and interested in building a career in Business Development, Sales, or Counselling are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call and connect with leads provided by the company.
- Understand the prospect's requirements and provide relevant information.
- Explain courses, programs, and career opportunities to potential students/customers.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads through calls and messages.
- Convert interested prospects into walk-in visits at the institute.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Achieve daily and monthly walk-in generation targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling/admissions team for walk-in follow-ups.
- Build a positive relationship with prospective students/customers.

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Candidates with prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, business development, education sales, or counselling will have an added advantage.
