We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive – Creator Studio

Relationship-driven candidate for our Creator Studio business. You’ll connect with business owners, founders, professionals, and organizations who want to create podcasts and short-form video content for their own channels.

What you’ll do

- Identify and reach out to potential clients, including business owners, founders, clinics, hospitals, and professionals.
- Understand each client’s goals and recommend suitable podcast or short-form content packages.
- Set up meetings, present proposals, follow up with leads, and help close projects.
- Build lasting client relationships and generate referrals and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to shoot.
- Track outreach, leads, meetings, proposals, and conversions.

What we’re looking for





- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
- Experience in sales, business development, media, marketing, or client servicing is an advantage.
- Interest in podcasts, video content, and social media.
- A proactive, organised approach and comfort working in a growing business.

The right person for this role enjoys starting conversations, understands how helpful content can help a business build trust and visibility, and can turn that understanding into client projects. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
