Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and support the sales pipeline through regular outreach and follow-up with prospective clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, and coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs.

The role also involves building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers, scheduling meetings and demos, and contributing to proposals and business development strategies.

The Business Development

Associate is expected to meet set targets, report on business development activities, and actively participate in team meetings and planning sessions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to clients and stakeholders.




- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify prospects, analyze market trends, and support business growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional client interaction.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with prior experience in business development or sales (preferably in services or HR domains).
- Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with CRM tools, ability to work towards targets, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach to team-based work.
