Position: Business Development Associate

Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi (Travel within Delhi NCR)

Working Days: 6 days/week | Joining: Immediate

About Demould Delhi's leading premium bakery & gifting brand — handcrafted desserts, luxury hampers, corporate gifting, B2B & hi-tea experiences. We're hiring an ambitious BDM to build partnerships, drive revenue, and open long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business — corporates, event & wedding planners, hotels, cafés, restaurants, institutions, co-working spaces, gifting companies & luxury brands.
- Own the full sales pipeline — from lead generation to closure, and personally manage key accounts.
- Build & retain client relationships — negotiate terms, convert prospects into long-term partners.
- Plan seasonal campaigns — Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Christmas, weddings, corporate gifting seasons, etc.
- Drive events & activations — pop-ups, exhibitions, corporate activations, end-to-end.




- Lead & mentor the BD team — track daily activities, weekly targets & monthly performance.
- Maintain CRM & reporting — accurate lead records, weekly/monthly reports, conversion tracking.
- Coordinate cross-functionally — with operations, kitchen, gifting, design & customer service for timely, quality delivery.

Ideal Candidate

- 1–3 years in Business Development, Sales or Corporate Sales.
- F&B;, Hospitality, Luxury Gifting, Events or Retail experience preferred.
- Strong networking, negotiation & presentation skills.
- Leadership experience; self-driven and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with field sales & travel across Delhi NCR.
- Proficient with CRM, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace & AI tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
