- Engage with prospective learners through outbound calls and effectively communicate program offerings.

- Recommend relevant Simplilearn programs based on customer needs.
- Build solid customer relationships through effective and consultative conversations.
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments through need-based selling.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and manage the sales cycle effectively.
- Work towards assigned monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
