About the Role

Coinhaus Capital Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

The role involves identifying potential clients, generating and following up on leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting our products and services, and converting qualified prospects into customers.

Freshers who are interested in building a career in Sales and Business Development are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and identify potential business leads through calls, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Contact prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Explain and present the company's products and services effectively.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and contribute to revenue growth.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and follow-up reports.
- Stay updated on customer requirements and relevant market trends.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Candidates with experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, Customer Relationship Management, or Client Acquisition will be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Stock Market, EdTech, or related industries.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
