Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Jaipur Area for a Business Development and Client Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the growth of HW Deck’s academic services. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, outreach to prospective institutional and individual clients, presenting HW Deck’s offerings, and managing follow-ups to convert prospects into long-term partners.





The executive will handle account management tasks such as onboarding new clients, ensuring service satisfaction, and coordinating with internal academic and operations teams. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, preparing business reports, and providing feedback to improve services and client experience.

Qualifications

- Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
- Business and Account Management skills to manage client portfolios, support retention, and drive recurring engagement.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Basic understanding of education or edtech sector is preferred, with interest in academic services and student support.
- Proven ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time and priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms to manage leads and client interactions.
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a student-centered mindset in all client engagements.
