• Coordinate with architects, legal counsel, structural consultants, and other project consultants to keep timelines on track

• Support outreach and relationship management with housing society committees and members during redevelopment pitches

• Assist in preparing and following up on offer letters, proposals, and pitch materials

• Track pending approvals, documentation, and action items across live projects





• Schedule and coordinate meetings with societies, consultants, and internal stakeholders

• Maintain trackers/dashboards for pursuit status, deadlines, and deliverables

• Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to support the BD function

• Flag risks or delays to leadership proactively

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in real estate, operations, client servicing, or a similar coordination-heavy role

• Strong communication skills — comfortable speaking with society members, consultants, and senior stakeholders

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple live projects

• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, basic documentation; familiarity with real estate/redevelopment processes is a plus

• Based in or willing to work from Mumbai
