We are looking for a smart, target-driven, and confident Business Development Manager (BDM) with prior experience in a digital marketing agency, social media agency, or IT service-based company.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Pitch digital marketing, influencer marketing, social media, branding, and IT services to potential clients.
- Identify client requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Handle lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships for long-term business growth.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams for smooth project onboarding.
- Prepare proposals, presentations,



and business reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with digital marketing and social media industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency, Social Media Agency, or IT Service-based company preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Paid Ads, Website Development, etc.
- Good knowledge of lead generation platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and Freelancer.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to handle clients professionally.
