About the Assignment

Kelly is supporting a leading global medical technology organisation as it continues to transform and optimise its global supply chain and logistics network.

The organisation operates a complex international distribution network supported by logistics partners and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) across multiple regions. As part of its broader supply chain transformation, the organisation is strengthening how it manages, measures and governs 3PL partner performance.

We are seeking a Data Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support the reporting, analytics and coordination activities associated with 3PL partner operations.

The role will be responsible for collecting, consolidating, validating and analysing operational data from regional teams and logistics partners, while supporting the development and maintenance of reporting, dashboards and performance tracking. The successful individual will help provide clear visibility of partner performance, identify trends and risks, support governance forums and ensure that actions and operational issues are effectively tracked.

This is a highly cooperative role, working across regional supply chain teams, logistics partners and wider stakeholders to improve the consistency, accuracy and effectiveness of operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Performance Analysis

- Collect, consolidate and validate operational and performance data from regional teams and 3PL partners.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks, performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to service, operational execution, governance and partner adherence.
- Support analysis of 3PL performance against agreed service levels and operational expectations.
- Identify data inconsistencies and work with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve data quality.
- Translate operational data into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders.

Reporting & Dashboard Management

- Support the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of reporting and dashboards relating to 3PL partner operations.
- Prepare regular performance reports, analytical summaries and management information.
- Maintain standardised reporting templates, tracking files and data repositories.
- Ensure reporting is consistent across regions and aligned with agreed KPI definitions and methodologies.




- Support the standardisation of reporting processes and analytical frameworks.
- Develop clear visual summaries of operational and partner performance where required.

Governance & Stakeholder Coordination

- Support governance forums through the preparation of reporting materials, performance summaries and analytical insights.
- Coordinate information and reporting inputs from regional teams and logistics partners.
- Track actions, decisions, risks and follow-up activities arising from governance meetings.
- Maintain visibility of outstanding actions and operational escalations.
- Work collaboratively with regional stakeholders to ensure reporting is accurate, timely and consistent.
- Support communication between operational teams, partner management teams and logistics providers.

Issue & Project Coordination

- Maintain trackers covering operational issues, actions, risks, dependencies and escalations.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure agreed actions are completed within expected timelines.
- Support project coordination activities associated with 3PL partner management and supply chain transformation.
- Assist with documentation, process mapping and standardisation activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analysing operational performance and process effectiveness.
- Contribute to lessons learned and recommendations for improving reporting and partner management processes.

Must-Have Requirements

- 2–5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, project coordination, supply chain, logistics, operations or a related discipline.
- Experience working with operational data, KPIs and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, consolidate, validate and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Experience creating or maintaining dashboards, reports, trackers or management information.
- Strong Excel skills, including the ability to work with large datasets, PivotTables, lookups and data analysis.
- Experience tracking actions, issues, risks, milestones or operational performance.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to data quality and reporting.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different teams, locations or countries.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a global,



matrixed organisation.
- Willingness to work primarily within CET-aligned working hours.

Nice-to-Have Experience

- Previous experience working with 3PL providers or logistics partners.
- Experience within supply chain, logistics, warehousing, transportation or distribution.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other data visualisation tools.
- Experience with supply chain or logistics KPIs such as OTIF, service levels, inventory, order fulfilment, transportation or warehouse performance.
- Experience supporting governance forums or operational performance reviews.
- Experience working within a global supply chain transformation or network optimisation programme.
- Experience with standardising reporting methodologies, KPI definitions or analytical frameworks.
- Experience working with external partners or suppliers.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Previous experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare or another regulated environment.

You are an analytical and highly organised professional who enjoys working with data but is equally comfortable coordinating stakeholders and keeping projects moving.

You have a strong eye for detail and understand the importance of accurate, consistent and timely reporting when managing external logistics partners. You can take information from multiple sources, identify what is important and turn it into clear insights that stakeholders can use to make decisions.

You are also comfortable following up on actions, challenging inconsistencies and working across different teams and regions to ensure that information is aligned.

This is an opportunity to join a global supply chain transformation programme within a leading MedTech organisation, supporting the way logistics partners are measured, governed and managed across multiple regions.

The role combines data analysis, business analysis, reporting and project coordination, providing exposure to 3PL operations, global supply chain performance and cross-functional transformation activity.

The initial assignment is expected to start 1 November 2027, with the successful candidate working from one of the available locations in India.
